 Method of preparation: Finely grind the wheat and flour. Then knead the dough with ingredients like sugar, milk, ghee, salt and keep at normal temperature for two hours. Then bring the puri flour to a boil by means of a dough machine and place it on the biscuit molding trays and heat it to the proper temperature. Once the biscuit is ripe, take it out and store it in a dry place. Then put it in the pockets in the name of our company and the biscuits are ready for sale. A lot of profit can be made by exporting the prepared biscuits to different states.
