Preparation of holoblock stones!

Today, even in villages, buildings are being built in exchange for urban areas. But today hollowblock stones are being used as an alternative to brick. The main reason for this is its affordability and affordable price. Thus the holoblock industry is booming.

Materials Required: Gravel (about an inch in size), crusher soil (should be granular, not powdery) Cement (OBC type), if used, will dry within 4 hours of production.

  Hydraulic engine and mixer engine.

Method of preparation: Take 4 pans of cement (one bundle), 9 pots of gravel and 6 pans of crusher soil. Have the required amount of water ready.

Operate the mixer and pour in a pan of cement, 2 pans of gravel, 2 pans of crusher soil and a bucket of water in a row. Again pour in the same amount.

They all blend within 5 minutes of pouring. Pour them into the trolley and move the trolley into the hydraulic engine.

The hydraulic engine is movable. The holoblock print on it is embedded in the floor. If the mixture is poured into the mold and the mixture in the mold is crushed eight times with a hydraulic pressure, a holoblock tumor will form.

The mold, which holds the holoblock tumor, will leave the grip. The machine will automatically move to embed the next axis. 5 stones are prepared each time in the hydraulic machine. Hollowblock stones dry in 4 hours, however, keep them in the same place for 24 hours, then stack them elsewhere and water for 7 to 3 days. Then dry for 3 days and it will be ready for sale.
